Outside, a furnished wooden space provides space for al fresco dining while admiring these countryside views, and comes with an outdoor table and chairs. There is also another grassy area for the little ones.
Inside, the space is perfect for a group of 5 people, with its own fully equipped kitchenette, toilet and shower room. Accommodation includes: - 1 double bedroom - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a child's bed. The living room sofa turns into a double bed. Bed linen is available for hire, please select this option when booking or bring your own. La Chatonnière is located in a peaceful area in the Dordogne, not far from the Limousin border. The campsite is a haven of peace, without noisy distractions like bars or swimming pools: the campsite benefits from an ethic of "return to nature" where the fresh air and the river are sufficiently entertaining. A sandy beach suitable for children gives access to the river which runs along the site, allowing children and adults to swim and splash in the sun. You can have fun on the river in rowing boats or make campfires on the banks of the river with wood from the nearby forest. An outdoor playground with a badminton court, a volleyball court and a game of pétanque can also be enjoyed. Do not forget to try one of the nature trails, all well marked, or for those who prefer to explore on two wheels, mountain bikes can also be rented at the campsite. a volleyball court and a game of pétanque can also be enjoyed.
