The Owner Says
This beautiful "Belle" tent - so called, to reflect the relaxed and picturesque nature of this campsite in the North of Dordogne, comes decked out with a sumptuous king sized bed (bedding provided but please bring your own towels) and single mattresses for children. Soft lighting and the unique decor (each tent has its own unique interior design theme this one being 'Chilled Out Neutral') and a private outdoor space provide a great place to unwind.
The private terrace has a BBQ with all cooking equipment (charcoal available to purchase from reception), a dining area for those al fresco dining experiences and to relax a sofa complete with your very own fire pit... just kick back and look up at the stars!
There is a communal fridge freezer as well as a washing up area in the main site with a fully refurbished shower block.
The social area - complete with free wifi, is a great place to dine, relax, shoot some pool and meet new friends, whilst the overground pool is the ideal cooling off point on those hot summer days!
Children will enjoy some den building, table tennis and the pool table, as well as the woodland trails in and around the site. There is also a giant jenga, giant connect 4 and badminton rackets and a variety of board games which will keep young and old amused!
The outdoor cinema, runs twice a week, showing classics such as Dirty Dancing and Grease, is another way of enjoying those long balmy French evenings under the stars.
The honesty shop provides a selection of basics including cereals, cooking oil, toiletries... or you could treat yourself to one of the welcome baskets full of local produce including a bottle of local wine!
