You also have a clothes rail and ottoman. There is a small table and stools for playing cards or a family game after dark! A large bookcase with drawers. Outside you have a kitchen tent with a large table and two benches big enough to seat 6. A Webber (portable) BBQ that you can take to the beach as well as cooking at your unit. A small fire bowl / pit to keep you warm at night. A double gas cooker with toasting grill, full crockery, cutlery, pans, pots and frying pan, salad bowl and serving bowl. Wine and juice glasses. Various kitchen essentials even a salt and pepper grinder! An ice bucket to chill your wine and a large icebox to keep your food and drinks cold (ice is available in the on site shop.) Each unit is allocated a toilet and shower in the amenities block next to the shop for the week. Bring extra blankets and torches. Each tents has a bag or charcoal BBQ and a bucket of logs / kindling as well as fire lighters to get you started. More available in the shop. We have a basic shop with cold drinks, ice and basic supplies to make life easier. Sausages and bacon from the local butcher and fresh eggs from our farm.

Activities

4.5 miles from St Agnes, 4 from Truro, 7 from Falmouth. Centrally based for everything. Nearest beach is Porthtowan. Pubs, restaurants and takeaways all nearby. Lots of byways and tracks for cycling and walking from the farm.

Food & Drink

Mylor cafe for breakfast or Smokey Joes if you are hungry! Lunch in Perranporth on the beach, Dinner in The Thomas Daniel in Truro. Mithian arms (sister pub of our local) is good for outside drinks and food.

Getting There

A30 Truro turn off. (Chiverton / Starbucks roundabout) Follow the A390 for 400 yards. Left towards Penstraze. Past Home Farm, cafe, small new house all on your right. Take next right hand turn up track marked Byway (If you go over the railway bridge turn back). Then follow the track past the bungalow, cattle grid (on your right) end of that straight and bear right. Hidden field is 100 yards on your right. Next to Willow House. Pull into the shop car park and check in.  Buses do stop in Blackwater / Chacewater and at the end of the lane.
