The Owner Says

A lovely, cosy, romantic hut.  For couples or families.  With a wood fired hot tub.

The Drovers Hut has sleeping for 5-6, including a king size bed, single bunks and a trestle bed which pulls out from under the main king size bed.  There is also room to pitch a tent below to decking for extra friends and family or older children.

It has a gorgeous country kitchen with Belfast sink, solid oak worktop, dresser top, two burner gas hob, a table and benches and a wonderful wood burning range stove with oven and hobs above.  Lighting is powered by solar panels and candles for added ambience.  The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.  We have also added a games cupboard with cards and board games.

All the beds have comfy memory foam mattresses, plump pillows and are made up with quality linen.

Below the decking is a wood fired hot tub.

The drovers hut is fitted out beautifully, in a lovely peaceful corner of the field, has a decking area which has two gates to secure it for dogs or children, outdoor seating, table, fire pit and bbq.

A fantastic addition to an already brilliant campsite

Having stayed as a camper many times, we were excited to experience the Yurt for the first time - and we were NOT disappointed! It's a really lovely place to stay - we had two kids with us, but it would be even nicer as a romantic get-away. The new log-fired hot tub is amazing, the kitchen and toilet are a real luxury and the location is faultless. Highly recommended!!

Thank you very much for your lovely review

Lovely setting

We stayed in the yurt and thoroughly recommend it. Comfortable beds and gorgeously cosy with the log burner going. Really lovely with the animals close by.

Thank you for your lovely review.  We now have a hut tub with the yurt too!

Beautiful laid back glamping

Nicky was really accommodating for our visit. We hired the yurt and the huts and others joined us in tents, campers and caravans and it was perfect for the occasion. Family friendly fun in beautiful surroundings. All accommodations more than up to scratch and lovely new shower block. Plenty of space for bbqs, fires etc. Plenty of opportunity to feed animals/ collect eggs if you speak to owners although we didn’t make the most of it as ran out of time!

An amazing Easter Mini Break!!!!

We've just recently stayed in the Drover's Hut, and it was perfect!! You really are part of the farm. Nicky, Andy and Will, were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The views are breathtaking and we literally shared a field with the sheep and their beautiful lambs. The Drover's Hut has a brand new bathroom, which is amazing and the main shower and toilet block is clean and lovely and hot!! There's plenty of beautiful places to visit locally, but we loved hanging out at the hut with the woodburner roaring and taking a dip in the hot tub. We wish we had longer, but will definitely be returning!!!
