Set on top of a hill with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and an abundance of wildlife, Hillview Farm is a small pop-up site with 5 luxury fitted tents. The tents come with a proper double bed and bedding, bed-side tables, carpets, rugs and seating around a firepit as standard. There is also tea and coffee available for guests and a set of 4 plates, cups etc to use. As well as 2 hot showers and 2 composting loos there is a games room and climbing frame for the kids and a large communal table to enjoy a great family meal or evening with friends with gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside.
Additional single blow-up beds, BBQs, cool boxes and single bedding can all be hired for an extra cost. Drinks, ice and logs are available to buy.
Pitton is the perfect location to explore the surrounding areas of the New Forest and South Coast with their plethora of activities, but it is also a great place to explore locally. Located directly on several footpaths including the historic Monarchs Way and King Alfred's Way which can be walked or cycled, and a 10-minute walk from the National Trust’s Iron Age Hill Fort of Figsbury Ring where you get spectacular views over Salisbury Plain, Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral.
As well as Salisbury being less than 10 minutes away, there is a shop in the village and the local pub, The Silver Plough offers excellent food.
The site is set up to make the most of the fantastic views and is spread out so that guests can enjoy some space and privacy whilst also having access to a communal area and all the amenities.
Well behaved dogs are allowed (for a small fee) but must be kept on a lead due to the large amount of wildlife.
