The Owner Says
Looking for a beautiful rural location for your small birthday party or hen-do? We've just the spot.
We can sleep up to twelve on the site. Four living the life of luxury in shepherds huts and up to eight between two bell tents.
Spend the day sampling the local pubs and eateries or exploring the farm and neighbouring footpaths before you head back to the huts for a lounge in the wood-fired hot tub, then cook your farm-grown steak on the fire pit and enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the sunset.
We can even help put you in contact with locations for outdoor activities such as horse riding, clay pigeon shooting or archery.
We can delivery gin and tonics or afternoon tea to your huts and you're welcome to bring your own food and drink as well.
If you're after some delicious home cooked food in a beautiful airstream with a tandoor oven then we can get in touch with our friends at The Rocket Oven to come and feed you and your friends.
Some things to note
- The huts are about 10 minutes walk from each other, so six people would sleep in one location and six in another. There's no reason why you couldn't all spend the day outside one hut though
- Those in the bell tents will share the shower room and cooking facilities of the huts
- The huts are very rural, so unless you have a 4x4, I drive you to the huts so if you wanted to use your car then it would be a 5/15 minute walk (depending on which hut you're in) back to your car
- We have a two night minimum stay at the weekends
Features & FacilitiesThe private wood fired hot tub outside each hut is a real highlight. Both huts are very private, you won’t see any other houses, roads or guests from your hut. The huts are set in a 500 acre farm, which you are free to roam. Both our huts are off grid and sustainability and caring for our environment have been a real priority for us throughout the setting up of the business.
ActivitiesRolling countryside and fantastic wildlife. Not only the farm animal mentioned above but there’s also wild deer on the farm, badgers, pheasants and foxes. We’re so close to the Cotswolds and there’s so many places to explore - Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Bicester Village are all nearby.
Food & DrinkThe best option is to order a hamper of locally sourced food, for breakfast or dinner, which can be delivered straight to your hut to cook on your fire pit or gas bbq. All our food is either home grown on the farm or from the local farm shop. We’re on the doorstop of the Cotswolds so there’s lots of fantastic pubs, some good ones include: Very local... The Falcon at Warmington, The Plough at Warmington, The Inn at Farnborough.

At the end of the road turn right on to Middle Lane and almost immediately right again on to Bury Court Lane. Bury Court Farm is at the end of the lane.
